Return and Refund Policy

If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with a purchase We invite you to review our policy on refunds and returns.
The following terms are applicable to any products that You purchased from us.
Cancellation Timeframe
If you are unsatisfied with the product, you can return the product within 2-5 days.
The following conditions will be applied:
- If the product has any fault
- The supply of Goods made to your specifications or clearly personalized.
- The supply of Goods which, according to their nature are not suitable to be returned, deteriorate rapidly, or where the date of expiry is over.
- The supply of Goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and were unsealed after delivery.
- The supply of Goods which are, after delivery, according to their nature, inseparably mixed with other items.
We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions in our sole discretion.
Only regularly priced Goods may be refunded. Unfortunately, Goods on sale cannot be refunded. This exclusion may not apply to you if it is not permitted by applicable law.

Customers are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the Goods to Us. You should send the Goods to the main office address. After the product is received, the refund processing time will be 2 business days.
We cannot be held responsible for Goods damaged or lost in the return shipment. Therefore, We recommend an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the Goods or proof of received return delivery.
Damaged / Defective / Incorrect Goods
Any damaged, defective, or incorrect goods are not acceptable.

Delivery Charge on Returning Goods
The customer should be responsible for returning shipping charges, and also 10% processing charge will be deducted from the total cost before the refund.
Products Returned Exceeding the Cancellation Period

Refund Policy for Online Payments
At GB Dry Fruit Supplier, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you make a payment through Visa Card, MasterCard, Debit Card, Easypaisa, JazzCash, bank transfer, or any online payment gateway, and your order cannot be fulfilled due to stock unavailability or any other issue, we will process your refund manually.
Important Refund Information
- Refunds are processed manually through:
- Easypaisa
- JazzCash
- Bank Transfer
- If you paid online using a Visa Card, MasterCard, Debit Card, or any wallet/payment gateway, you will need to provide:
- Your bank account details, OR
- Easypaisa/JazzCash wallet number
So we can transfer the refund amount directly to you.
Out of Stock Orders
In case a product becomes out of stock after your payment is completed:
- One of our customer support representatives will contact you directly.
- You will be asked to provide a bank account number or mobile wallet account for the refund process.
- Your refund will be processed as soon as possible after verification.
