With several vitamins like vitamin A, C, B1, B2 and minerals like calcium, magnesium, phosphorus, manganese, and zinc also present in good amounts.
It has several essential volatile oils like safrole, myristicin, elemicin and eugenol, and fixed oil trimyristine.
